We have had an amazing week this week, we have explored all things Spanish and Italian as part of our whole school international week. We have researched facts about our countries and have enjoyed a spot of traditional dancing. We have enjoyed exploring tens and ones using numicon, dienes and coins, why it try some of the number games at home to help you, they are on Google classroom. We had the most wonderful time this week during our whole school sports week, exploring a range of activities including athletics, cheerleading, Tae Kwan Do, rugby, golf, dance and tennis. Today we all had such a wonderful day at the Safari park, as always the children were all so amazingly well behaved.
Next week we will be continuing to celebrate and reminisce about our time in year 1 and have a couple of lovely activities planned too. We are going to be sad to see this special year group leave this year.
