This week we have a super busy week! We are exploring what it means to be a super kind friend as part of our learning on 'anti-bullying week'. We will be talking about 'reaching out' and working together to stop bullying. We are also exploring the charity 'Children in Need' and will be finding out about all of the amazing work they do.
In Maths we are working on our number bonds to 10 and 20 both practically and writing them as a number sentence. We will be focusing on Addition and Subtraction this half term so keep a look out for the games and activities that we are using in class to practise at home too.
Our Topic this term will be based around the story ‘The Rainbow Bear’. We will begin to read the story this week and find out what the children would like to do. To start us off, this week we are going to look at and compare the Arctic and Antarctic. We will be researching lots of facts and finding out about the animals that live there.
