This week the children have been using the language pattern of Sut wyt ti? In Literacy they have been talking about different feelings in Welsh and then we took a photograph of the feeling they made with their facial expressions. They also told me what might make them feel that way too!

In Numeracy this week the children have been counting objects both in and out of the classroom. They then used the whiteboard to write the amount they found. They have been using their scissor skills to cut up numbers and then stick them int he correct order in their books.
Some super counting around school this week !
Somebody was very happy when she found acorns, she counted them for everybody and found the correct number too. Da iawn 😀
The children have been enjoying forming letters, forming numbers and counting around the classroom areas. They are beginning to gain more and more confidence and it isa delight to hear what they have to say.
We have been looking at our bodies and understanding how to look after them.

Next week we will be understanding how to keep ourselves healthy. We will be printing patterns with fruit and vegetables and talking about what foods we like and dislike. We will also be sorting food in various ways.
