Week 2

What we are learning - 26.02.24

This week is all about our wonderful Wales! With St David's day on Friday we are dedicating our week to everything Welsh! In Literacy we are going to learn all about the legend of the Red and White Dragon using lego movie maker to create a stop motion version of the story. We will also be making posters all about Wales.
In Math's we are continuing with measuring weight. We are making some delicious Welsh cakes and weighing out the ingredients. In Topic we are looking at castles in Wales and locating them on a map. We will also have a little look at Ewloe and our local area. We have lots of lovely Welsh arts and crafts planned too! A very busy week!
