What a wonderful sunny week we have had. On Monday we had a visit from Bart who demonstrated his skills and inspired us all with the message that anything and everything is possible. We have really enjoyed the story The Great Pet Sale and have enjoyed making price tags and used money to find totals to buy pets. We have worked on sorting coins and classifying using HWB to support us. We have been reflecting on our time in year one and thinking about what lies ahead in year two. On Friday we have loved spending the morning in year two and Mr Swede and Mrs Price are impressed already.
In Health and Well-being we have been enjoying the summer sun and exploring balancing beanbags on plastic rackets - we have also worked on transferring beanbags between two rackets! Next week we will explore using balls on our tennis rackets!
