It has been lovely to hear all about the children's Easter holidays this week. I am glad they have had such a wonderful time. This half term our topic is 'In the Garden' and we are already having lots of fun learning all about different mini beasts.
We have been understand how to halve amounts of spots. We have been using ladybirds to help us do this. It was great fun!

We have also been looking at flowers and we can now name the parts of a flower. We are so clever. ! We are just beginning to practice our Sport's Day races and are already very good with an egg and spoon!!

We have been making lots of lovely flowers to sell in our Garden Centre. Next week we are going on a snail hunt and learning all about them too. We will also be measuring our bean plants with cubes to see how tall they are.
