Welcome back. I hope you all enjoyed the half term break. can you believe this is your child's last half term in Reception? Where has the time gone? This week we are writing our half term news and thinking of questions we would like answering about our new topic, "At The Seaside/Under The Sea." In maths we are catching toy sea creatures, estimating the amount caught and then counting. We will also be doing a sea creature colouring sheet where the children solve the addition and subtraction sums and colour correctly. In science and technology we will be finding out about sea creatures and in humanities we will be talking about pollution and how to keep the sea clean. It is our turn to take assembly this week and we are thinking about things we like and things we would like to change about school and where we live. It's another busy week.
