Always Aiming High – Anelu’n Uchel O Hyd

Wednesday 1st July

Hello it’s the first day of July.

Did you know today is International Joke Day. So here is Mr. Williams’ joke.

How do you make a sausage roll?

Push it down a big hill. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO  FUNNY!

Do you know a joke? If you do please email it to us with your work.

Today’s Literacy:

A moat is an important part of a castle. It is the water that surrounds the castle so the enemy can’t get in. Have a look at the picture below. But the enemy might try and swim across so we want you to think of lots of disgusting things you would put in a moat so the enemy would not want to go in it. Make it as smelly, horrible and yucky as you possibly can.

Numeracy

Draw a castle wall. Write numbers in the bottom row, add those 2 numbers together to make the next row. Have a look at the one Mr. Williams has done. Have a go. If you find it easy try some bigger numbers. Remember to send a photo.
