07.07.20- To find missing angles in a straight line or triangle.
Today you will be finding missing angles.
Angles on a straight line = 180 degrees.
The internal angles of a triangle = 180 degrees.
We can calculate missing angles by subtracting the known angles from 180.
For example, number 1 in "Angles in a straight line 1"
To find the missing angle, I would subtract 30 from 180.
180-30= 150
So the missing angle is 150 degrees.
Today I would like you to complete angles in a straight line 1 or 2, or angles in a triangle.
Remember if an angle is marked with a small square then it is a right angle (90 degrees).
