Today we would like you to explore why we all need a good sleep at night time. Watch Dr Ranj below explain why we need sleep and what happens to our bodies when we sleep.
Can you plan a night time routine? What would help you get ready for bed and a good night sleep? A bath? Listening to quiet music? A special story? Count sheep? Can you plan when you start 'winding down' tonight and write what you will do at what time as part of your bedtime routine.
E.g 6pm - eat my dinner
6:30pm - Get a bath
7pm - Brush my teeth
Remember you can add pictures if you wish. Keep an eye on the clock tonight and make sure you complete these activities at the correct time.

Can you create a hopping course? You could have things that you need to hop over, hoops that you need to hop in and straight lines that you need to hop along.
