Can you plan a night time routine? What would help you get ready for bed and a good night sleep?  Listening to quiet music? A special story? Counting sheep? A nice warm bath? Think about your bed time routine and what helps you to 'wind down' before bedtime. 


Search for lullabies on YouTube and see if you can sing along with any of them.

              Choose an activity from below to get active                                          after a good nights sleep. 


1) You could have a Pillow fight 


2) Can you create a hopping course?

You could have things that you need to hop over, hoops that you need to hop in and straight lines that you need to hop along.


Listen to the 'Sleeping Bunnies' Song and join in with some hopping. 


3) Do some yoga, a great way to start your day - Join Tommy the Bedtime Turtle for some morning Yoga.
