27-11-20 Portrait of Henry VIII

Above are actual Tudor portraits and portraits of Henry created by former pupils. Today we would like you to create your own portrait of Henry VIII. Start by sketching out his face, you might want to re-watch the clip on face drawing, then add the hat, clothes, jewels etc. Then use whatever colouring materials you have to add colour - paint or pencils work well. Remember to choose a suitable skin colour not bright pink, please! If you have any sparkles, put them on last of all. Be creative, have fun and see you all soon 👩‍🎨🎨💎

26.11.20 - Christmas Card Competition

Each year every school in Flintshire enters a Christmas Card Competition where the best Christmas Cards from each school are sent to County Hall to be judged.

All pupils in Ewloe Green have been asked to design their own Christmas Card. Every class will have a winner and that class winner will win a surprise.

From the winners from each class in Ewloe Green, 4 will be chosen to send to County Hall to be judged against all of the other Primary Schools in Flintshire.

We would like you to design your own original Christmas Card and colour it in as neatly as you can and send it to us no later than 9am on Friday 27th November. Please make sure your card has bright bold colours. Please take a close up photo of your complete card design and send it to your own class teacher so that the class designs are not mixed up.
