Week beg 19.10.20 -  This week we are learning all about 'Keeping Healthy'. We have talked about how we can keep our bodies healthy by exercising and eating healthy. 


Task 1: Keep a food diary. Write down what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Do you eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day (see example below)? Can you take part in some spooky Halloween Cosmic Yoga (Youtube link below) or dance along to some music to keep active? 


Task 2: We have been learning all about 2D shapes. Go on a shape hunt around your house and see what shapes you can find. You could take a picture and send them to us. Or can you play the interactive Topmarks 'Feed the shape monster' game (see link below). 


Letter of the week this week is the letter 't'. Can you draw something that begins with the letter 't'? Can you complete the workbook below?
