Always Aiming High – Anelu’n Uchel O Hyd

Friday, 8th May

Bore da Pawb!

It's VE Day! We hope you have enjoyed learning a little about this very important time in the history of World War 2. You have designed great posters and completed lovely thoughtful pieces of work.smiley

As today is a bank holiday we are not setting a maths and literacy activity. We want you to enjoy the day with your family and any events which your street may have organised. So if you are having afternoon tea or singing in the evening, have a brilliant time with lots of fun. If you take any photos, please send them to us. This is one of those momentous occasions in history which should be recorded in order for us to look back at them in years to come.

Below is a collection of fun activities (the paper spitfire looks good!) you may like to do. Whatever you do today, have fun!

Don't forget to have a look at the teachers' challenges on Ewloe TV (in the children section on the dropdown menu). The teachers have recorded 'We'll Meet Again' for you all. We won't have Simon Cowell knocking down our door any time soon but we had great fun making it for you! There's also a little quiz ~ work out the teachers from photos taken when we were younger. Enjoy!
Have a lovely weekend, we'll be back on Monday!wink
