When the Lord and Lady or King and Queen of a castle had important celebrations or visitors they had a feast. A feast is a huge meal with delicious food and drink for their guests.Just like the one in the picture below.
Today we want you to write a list of the food and drink you would serve if you were the owner of a castle. Please draw some pictures to go with your work.
If you want to visit a castle you have to pay to go in. Here are some prices for entering the castle.
Adult £10
child £5
Baby £1
Dog 50p
Now try to work out how much it would cost for these groups to visit the castle.
