Always Aiming High – Anelu’n Uchel O Hyd

Friday 22nd May

Phonics focus

Today we would like you to work on forming the 'ng' sound really carefully. Remember to always start your letters on the line and try to keep them the same size too! Can you write words with the ng sound - where does the sound always come?

Numeracy activity

In the story one of the birds catches a snake. Cut up lots and lots of pieces of paper into thin strips and sellotape them together to make a really long snake. Write lots and lots of Welsh words on the snake and decorate it with patterns. Take it out into the garden and measure how long it is.
