Ewloe Green Primary School

Always Aiming High – Anelu’n Uchel O Hyd

Dydd Mercher 24th June

As always, please stay in touch....

Class 3 - mrs.lincoln-jones@ewloegreencps.co.uk

Class 4 - miss.hughes@ewloegreencps.co.uk

Now that we all know the story so well, we thought we could make it even better!

Let's add ourselves into the story… we can be the new characters.

For example:

Miss Hughes worked from home and in the hub.

She loved planning exciting work for the children.

She loved spending more time with her dog.

She missed being in her classroom very much.

On the night before school, Miss Hughes felt nervous but she knew everything would be ok because we are in it together.

If you’re going to be a new character in the story, you need to include -

  • Where did you learn during school closure? Who helped you?

  • 3 things you enjoyed about it

  • What will you miss?

  • On the night before school, what did you do? Did you get your uniform ready? Did you go to bed early? Were you excited/nervous?

Challenge - Can you illustrate your story? What pictures would you have if you were in the book?

Can you choose 2 of the measuring challenges below?

Our sounds of the day are ‘oo’ (poo at the zoo), and
‘ew’ (Chew the stew).

Task  - Can you look through a book and find as many words that have these sounds in them?
