On Tuesday, the 3rd of November Year 6 had a very informative and helpful video presentation all about "Don't Drink, Think".
We learnt all about how alcohol is very dangerous for children our age, and what to do if ever we have the choice whether to drink it or not. Alcohol could damage our bodies or lead to a very dangerous accident. We must always choose not to go anywhere near it.
We learnt that alcohol is a drug that is an ingredient in beer and wine, and that some of the effects of this drug is it can make you dizzy and thoughtless.
Our most important lesson from the presentation was that although adults have the choice to drink alcohol or not, we are children, and drinking any alcohol could be very dangerous for us...so Don't Drink, Think!
