Year 6 have had a fantastic week working with Year 3 to look at the Hans Christian Anderson story - The Emperor's New Clothes. Firstly, we watched and read different versions of the story and looked at the key events. The children were tasked to create their own comic version of the story in the form of a comic strip. We looked at the key parts of the story and the features of a comic. With their partner, the children planned out their comics, including what speech and thought bubbles they'd like to include. Each child created their own comic.
